During conversations throughout the recent JSN Colloquium in Omaha, NE, it seemed clear that many of us desired a continued sense of connection and communal prayer as we entered back into our individual school communities.
In response to this desire, a weekly Examen zoom call will take place on Sunday afternoons starting on August 3, 2025 at 4PST/6CST/7EST. . This call is open to all educators particularly those in JSN North America schools who are interested in attending on any given Sunday.
The intention of this virtual gathering is simple – to spend time in prayer and conversation examining our previous week and looking towards the week ahead. The first 15-20 minutes will be a guided Examen followed by general conversation with those who are able to stick around centered on the fruits of our Examen prayer. The call will end with an invitation to share intentions that we can hold in our hearts throughout the week to come.
How can you participate in this weekly call?
- First, if you have not yet, sign up for Educate Magis.
- Second, search for the Weekly Examen Group (Groups are found under “Collaborate” and then “Global Groups”) and request to join or click here.
- Once you have joined this group, you will be invited to the weekly Zoom call and can add it to your calendar.
